Description

A double-ended concealer/liner. For brighter and wider looking eyes, first run the pencil end along the inside lower lash-line. Then use the sponge end to blend the powder concealer under eyes and over lids. To pick up a little more concealer, dip the sponge end into the cap and twist. Also available in shade Medium.
