Prep eyelids with a primer then apply with fingertips and blend
Description
A lightweight, mousse-like formulation to swipe over eyelids for a subtle shimmer that won't crease easily. Build up colour intensity by blending other i-Colour shades or applying powder eyeshadow on top. Apply with fingertips or a small brush and blend out.
